I stumbled across this platform after a conversation with one of the generous team members. The ease of use simplifies every transaction and customer data base. The support team is incredible!! I always feel welcome to ask any question via email or the built in support button. Doesn’t work for my business model. Way too many features I don’t need. Way too expensive if you have a huge client database. Some things are great, but other programs do the same thing for the most part and for less. ### 3/5 — Gazelle could be improved a little *2025-04-07, version 2.7.11* This app is good but what would make it better is if you allow more new customers to be added before we need to pay for a higher plan. Ex: 50 clients, increase to 65. Unless I just haven't learned this, if we can enter the area we will be working in and when someone schedules an appointment that Gazelle will look at where they live and quickly say yes or no if it is a decent drive to the next appointment(s) surrounding it. Eco friendly! : D ### 3/5 — Ok *2024-08-04, version 2.6.16* My clients seem mostly to ignore messages. Whether this is due to the effects of social media, which leads to general boredom and failure to engage, or to a sense that texts from Gazelle are impersonal and can thus be ignored, is hard to say. I have found that too many texts can annoy people, so they unsubscribe. I have to then mark their status as inactive, but it is impossible to know whether client has stopped using the piano, found another tuner or accepted that the piano will always sound out of tune and they have decided that they can’t afford to care. Perhaps surprisingly, this can happen when the bill payer is not the pianist. ### 3/5 — Essential client management tool *2022-07-31, version 2.4.12* This is an essential part of my business that keeps my clients coming back and handles scheduling and invoicing in a professional, modern way. The ONLY reason for the three stars instead of five is the recently increased price. For loyal customers that have been with them from day 1, and have helped them with implementing new features, a reduced price structure sure would be a nice thank you. I understand new price increases but this is more than double to continue using features I use today to manage my business. I keep getting positive feedback from my clients. I am directly involved in the scheduling process less and less as I tweak parameters little by little. I only recently started using the estimate and condition report features and found I should have been using them from the start. The cost of Gazelle is only a very small percentage of the work it has facilitated and the work that it has taken off my shoulders and my assistant. From the beginning, I noticed it was a powerful tool, utilizing nearly all of its features, except for estimates, and throughout the last two years I’ve seen tons of constant updates and improvements. It’s helped me keep better notes and history of work than my 80 year-old Mentor was ever able to do on paper.
