Bug fixes:
1. Login screen shown twice for new users
After entering OTP, new users were redirected back to the phone number entry screen and had to go through the flow a second time before reaching the app. Fixed by lifting the routing state out of the view into AuthManager so it survives the Firebase auth listener firing mid-login.

2. Keyboard hiding content on login screen
The phone number and OTP fields were obscured by the keyboard with no way to reach the action button. The login screen is now scrollable, and dragging down dismisses the keyboard.

3. Phone authentication failing — "missing client identifier"
registerForRemoteNotifications() was gated on the user granting push notification permission. Firebase Phone Auth uses a silent (invisible) push to verify app identity which doesn't require user permission. Moved registration to be unconditional at launch. Also added a missing URL handler so the reCAPTCHA fallback flow completes correctly on scene-based SwiftUI apps.

4. Back button on profile setup screen returning to login
After OTP verification, pressing Back on the parent details screen dropped the user back to the phone number entry screen. Since the user is already authenticated at this point, the back button has been removed — profile setup is a one-way flow.

5. Profile setup screen not shown after app relaunch
If a new user quit the app before completing their profile, reopening the app showed the login screen instead of continuing where they left off. The app now correctly resumes directly on the profile setup screen.

6. Rate App link showing "no app found"
The App Store link had a placeholder ID (id0000000000). Updated to the correct App Store ID across both the rate/review button and the share link.
