Not at all helpful for finding transfer.

I will write to RBI of your app maintenance for your customers
I hold Savings bank account and in todays world when you need to transfer the funds instantly
Your app doesnt work
It doesnt work for customers 
It hangs, gets refreshed automatically
Shame on your status of being a bank, I am goin to complain to RBI regarding this
I have been to goregaon and malad branch and the answer I got was worst than SBI.
" ye app veep ka lafda hai aap aake rtgs karo na kyun itna khota kar re ho"
and also lunch time is very crucial for employees
"Lunch ke baad aana"
I will also post this on twitter dont you worry

Please make the app usable with VOICE OVER feature of IOS. 
And also provide a finger print acces.

First of all when you enter the app, you mobile balance will be deducted buy 5 rs. And when you proceed to the page you enter your mpin. After that it doesn’t go ahead. And when you refresh the page from background again you get deducted buy 5 rs. 

P.S please make a app where your account holder get what they pay for.

App is very basic, transfers are easy. App is good but can be better in many ways.
1. Account holder should get details of all accounts in the app i.e. FD RD accounts etc
2. ATM card control such as “temporary block” MUST be there to avoid scams and fraudulent transactions when it’s lost.
3. Try also to develop app for updating passbook.
4.UPI service/app is not available with your bank. Please adopt it as many customers will benefit from it.
