Useless app you have to rebuild a new online app.

I have been a loyal user of the Gazanfar online banking app from sometimes, and I have been extremely disappointed with its functionality. Despite entering the correct username and password, the app consistently displays an error message claiming that my credentials are incorrect. It is frustrating to encounter this issue, especially when I rely on the app for convenient banking services.

What's even more frustrating is the apparent lack of attention from the app developers. It seems that the app has not been updated for years, leaving users like me dealing with persistent issues and security concerns. The fact that the suggested solution is to visit a physical branch and pay a fee for every login attempt is unacceptable in this digital age.

I urge the developers to take immediate action to address these issues. The app should be a convenient and secure platform for online banking, not a source of frustration and inconvenience. If the developers are unable or unwilling to update and improve the app, I firmly believe that it should be removed from the app store altogether.

I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to the developers of the Gazanfar online banking app. Please prioritize the user experience and dedicate resources to ensuring that the app functions as intended. Your users deserve better, and I truly hope to see positive changes shortly.
