While I appreciate the ease of connecting with a real customer service agent over the phone, I am bummed with the frequency I have to talk with them.  I've used many banks, and it's just not the case. 1) your unable to login by email 2) unless requested, your ID is never sent to you over email to refer to it 3) often on the login screen, "Save ID" does not actually save your ID 4) resetting your password sometimes doesn't work as they, "cannot verify" when you've correctly entered your ID, last 4 of social, and email address.  Unless you

While I appreciate the ease of connecting with a real customer service agent over the phone, I am bummed with the frequency I have to talk with them.  I also like that they ask if they've answered all your questions at the conclusion of calls.  G-Bank's Customer service is stellar 4.5/5 stars—the app 1/5.  The app states, "Thank you for choosing GBank for your Best Banking Experience Ever!"  I've used many banks, and it's just not the case.
