I’ve been using gBeat now for over a year and I am in love. I recommend that you download it and then you use it with your heart rate sensor in the Apple Watch. I hope that it will be available on android. Watch it soon. Get it.

Love this app for my zoom workouts at home! It lets me know exactly where my heart rate is at all times and my instructor can give me the proper tips for maximizing my results!!

Wow, I never really understood how to use my heart rate to gauge my intensity level, the % and color zones make that incredibly easy to know where I’m supposed to be.
