It’s like getting a runaround to get direct deposit to take a whole week and so for come, so I don’t understand why the direct deposit is not moving faster when it says 5 to 7 business days on the app and that’s a lie i ### 1/5 — COMPLETELY UN-usable, garbage app *2025-02-05, version 10.0.0* This app does NOT work AT ALL if you DON’T have a back button. On all android phones, a back button is implemented on the bottom of the screen that works on any app. On all iPhones however, the app positions the back button UNDER the time making IMPOSSIBLE to go back once you’re on ANY page. To go back even ONE page, you have to ENTIRELY close the application and then restart it from scratch. This causes you to log in from the beginning and start over whatever you were doing with NO save option. Even if you pull the screen “down” with reachability, you’re STILL UNABLE to go back. This is THE WORST APP EVER! ESPECIALLY considering you NEED it for medical reasons. ANYTHING would be better than this. All they had to do was make all of their buttons accessible and ACTUALLY work but they literally can’t even do the bare minimum. ### 1/5 — It’s 2024 who has checks? *2024-11-26, version 10.0.0* It forces you to setup direct deposit by taking a picture of your check voided? I haven’t had a check book in a decade. I have a direct deposit form. I know my routing number and bank account number to 6 different bank accounts I have. The app doesn’t save your password and has buttons behind the click and battery on my iPhone 16 pro max ### 1/5 — Trash company and all *2024-09-22, version 9.0.0* The app is as great as the company which isn’t great at all. It doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — 🤔 *2024-01-13* I Login on app and my claim has been removed I contact them Thur email and get a call from a +91 number out of India saying that the company I worked at has opt out of the app so that’s why the claim is not showing something don’t seem right 🤔🤔 ### 1/5 — You really need to work on this app *2024-01-03, version 9.0.0* The app has worked, but it is only good for checking your pay, and viewing your medical cards, that’s it. It would be great if there was info in the other pages and if the other pages would let you enter your data. Additionally, it showed my adjuster’s name, but she wasn’t my adjuster until I went through like 8 others. Not sure what is going on with their staffing but it does not reflect correctly in the app. ### 1/5 — Lack of information *2023-11-17, version 9.0.0* This app would be great if they told you upfront direct deposits take 7 businesses days to set up. You’ll think a company like this can make a decent app but no they can’t even do that right. The app always have bugs when trying to register and their customer service response time is a joke. I can’t log in on the website, it gives me the spinning ball and says “retrieving your information,” and then brings me back to the log-in page. The app lets me log in (although I have to re-enter my password even though I have it stored with Face ID) but then my only option (other than watching a useless YouTube video) is to enter my SSN or my claim number in order to gain access. So I tried my SSN. And I’m paraphrasing, but the essential message is “Sorry, what you entered doesn’t match our records.” So I try entering my claim number. Then it’s just the spinning ball for several minutes and nothing. GB is late with my mailed check AGAIN, and I was told to avoid that, go online and set up direct deposit. I don’t even get to see if direct deposit is going to be as inconsistent as the mailed checks are because the site and the app won’t let me set up direct deposit. I mean… isn’t this stuff tested to make sure it works before it’s launched? Unbelievable. Sent an email to get help? 24 hours and still no reply. Call to get help? No human answers a phone. Only prompts and voicemail greetings. Many of us didn’t want to be injured. Many of us aren’t injured on purpose. So now, not only am I physically limited, but I’m behind on bills, credit rating is dropping, savings is cleaned out, credit cards are maxed, and after 5 weeks with no check, I got 4 of them, and now we’re another week with no check when I have always been paid weekly. I shouldn’t be starving, unable to get gas or to go grocery shopping, behind on bills and mortgage to the point of paying late fees, have maxed out credit cards whose higher monthly payments were not a part of my budget, and watch my credit score plummeting because of something that happened to me at work that I could not avoid because of the nature of my job. And having this app promoted so well only to not even be able to access any of the highlights being promoted is quite literally adding insult to injury. ### 1/5 — Very slow and now doesn't work at all *2021-09-08, version 7.5.0* The app has always taken forever to login. Now since the update it won't even let me login. From me not being able to login in when I was originally told to install it I had to call support. Then I finally get signed up and it never remembers you and you have to keep going through a 3 min process just to log in. The process to sign up for direct deposit is terrible rather then just manually entering your account info they want you to take a picture of a voided check first then proceed to type in the same info manually after. Not to mention that after you sign up for direct deposit it takes 5-7 days for it to actually process and go through. Now trying to currently log in to the app and it won’t allow you because of server issues. I am not able to access my account because my husband’s email (at the time of his death 10 years ago) no longer exists. I can give his social security number, date of birth, death certificate and postal code. But for some reason it’s an outdated (and non-existent email address) that is preventing me access. Customer service claims that the HIPAA law mandates that my husband’s email address from 2015 must be registered for logging on. Seriously?!! I have to go thru too much to just log in. On top of that, the direct deposit takes two days after it says it’s there so dont do it. The mail checks came in faster and sometimes early. The direct deposit says it went in on Thursday today is Saturday and all my bills are late.
