How can I rate an app that is not updated and shows no way to update.

For those of you who cannot access this app anymore, download the MyChart app that has a red folder as a logo. That is the new version and it will let you add GBMC

### 1/5 — Won’t allow you to connect to Patient Portal

For the past couple of weeks, when trying to connect to Parient Portal I’ve gotten a message stating “the current version of this app is out of date. Please update it from the App Store to continue using it.” There is no update at the App Store. My wife also uses the app and is getting the same message. Before this the app was great to use, but at this point it’s basically useless to us. We have to go through the web based site now.

I love that my new primary care is at GMBC! Everyone treats you so week, from reception to PCP to phlebotomist! I am really thankful to have such care!
