## What is GC?

GC-Track Inspection System allows our registered costumers to create inspection, tests and maintenance reports according to the recommendations of the NFPA25 standard for pump rooms.

To be distributed to Latin  America and North America countries , primarily distributed on Mexico. If you're part of a company or work on the fire equipment inspection areas give us a call to receive a quotation and get your account.

### 3.16 — 2026-07-31

Your drafts are no longer lost when you sign out. They stay on the device
    and are only visible to whoever created them.
  • You can now add the same template more than once to a report, to inspect
    identical equipment separately.
  • Fixes: template progress is calculated correctly again, we resolved a case
    where a draft could show information from another report, and corrected
    button labels that were being cut off.

New system configuration
  Your administrator can now define rules that apply to all your reports:
  • Mandatory inspector and/or client signature
  • Mandatory evidence (photo or note) on every item or only on findings
  • Mandatory response on every item
  • Signatures displayed at the bottom of every PDF page
  • Block deletion of reports, templates and policies
  • Split the PDF into a separate section per template
  • Hide removed items from the PDF

  Improvements when filling out reports
  • OK, Finding and N/A buttons now change color when selected
  • Redesigned top bar: completion percentage, completed-templates counter and last-saved timestamp always visible
  • Quick switch between templates from the top menu
  • Smart alerts that list everything missing before uploading a report in a single message (responses, evidence and signatures)
  • Save confirmation shown after any warning

  Multiple signatures
  • Support for several supervisor or client signatures in the same report
  • New PDF footer layout: the inspector stands apart while supervisors are grouped neatly

  PDF improvements
  • Automatic page break when there is more than one template
  • Cleaner and more readable footer
  • More compact signature layout on every page
