Gcina Indlu ("caring for your home") makes it simple to manage your domestic staff — whether that's a cleaner, gardener, nanny, or any combination.

FOR EMPLOYERS

Add your workers, set their schedules, and assign recurring tasks. The app tracks attendance automatically — you'll always know who's at work and whether today's tasks are getting done.

Three clock-in methods to suit every home:
• Geofence (automatic) — your worker is clocked in and out when their phone enters or leaves your property. No action needed from either side.
• Home Wi-Fi — the worker is clocked in automatically when they open the app on your network.
• Manual — the worker taps a button to clock in and out themselves.

FOR WORKERS

A clear, simple view of today's tasks. Tap to mark them done as you go. Clock in and out without any fuss — your employer chooses the method that works best for your home.

• Shopping alerts — flag when supplies run low, with barcode scanning
• Daily notes and photos — log issues or observations with supporting photos
• Invite workers securely via a private link — no account sign-up needed
• Offline-first — everything works without a connection and syncs automatically
