Joined the gym online a few days ago so was advised to download the app so I can make bookings etc but when I go to the app to register it takes me to the page to sign up and pay for a membership when I’ve already paid and signed up days ago, all I want is to register so I can log in but it doesn’t recognise my registered email address or membership and keeps bouncing me back to signing up for a new membership. This app looks about 20 years old and needs updating pronto

Incredibly frustrating app, as keep getting the wrong things happening and being logged out constantly and then things saying I have something in my basket that I’ve not put in and the basket being empty! Please please improve!

Pretty bad start to my membership!

 I haven’t even attended my fist visit to the leisure centre yet and I’m trying to cancel a sauna session before the cancellation deadline but system keeps logging me off as soon as I press the cancel booking button. As I write this review, I’m 12 minutes away from the deadline and I cannot cancel the booking. It’s like they’re deliberately trying to make it as difficult as possible so they can charge the £5.50 non attendance penalty. 

Shockingly shoddy App!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Logs you out every time you try to book something.
Never remembers email even though you tick the box. Need to tear it up and start again.
