Cut the price, allow multi streaming like other decent companies, fix the program guide, increase the quality of source material. 

Negative feedback:
-The guide lists the program "invisible": white text on white background.
-The login function is broken, and I suspect few things: caching credentials not working, function is broken, or my account is hacked. Many times I have tried to connect bringing app from the background or restart the app again. The result: I need to log on again, or I receive a message regarding one session being allowed.
-The other customers from NewLion IPTV services have more aligned prices.
-Streaming at 1600mb can be improved. The source or coding could be a problem (300-400 lines max)
-No HD or at least 720p

Positive feedback:
-A plus, the support team is available 24/7 and responsive.
-The streaming is snappy and channels can be switched quickly. Stable service. No buffering problems. IT WORKS!
-Content is mostly news and politics, with some good  programs and sports. A visible guide will   make   watching    the channels more  appealing. It can be improved..

### 4/5 — GUIDE needs to be fixed...

I'm running the app on an iPad mini latest IOS 8.1.1. and the GUIDE menu from within the app where you're suposed to see the schedule for the TV channels so you can re-play whatever you want from there is blank and in white which makes it really difficult to re-play a Tv-Show that you missed. Fix that and I'll be back with a 5stars review. Thank you and hopefully you'll make the app universal one day in the near future also, that would be awesome.
