去年11月..買了一頂越野安全帽三千多+一罐洗安全帽的泡沫噴灌那個，結果噴頭壞了跟客服講就是要我寄回去換…後來自己也懶..沒換！結果今年四五月安全帽內建鏡片卡榫斷了！卻說那個是消耗品然後帽子也是要我寄回去…還要付工本費！我覺得..很不可以❌！你說消耗品應該是能自己更換..卡榫直接斷掉而且藏在安全帽內部無法拆開更換..你說是消耗品..不如說整個個安全帽都消耗品好了！我很少給負評..但我花三千多買到一個氣！

農曆過年前利用APP下單了目前還在促銷中的漫威聯名蜘蛛人安全帽，等了兩個禮拜過完年之後聯繫客服回覆說除了現貨商品以外其他商品都需要等待，明明可以下單的商品卻說是客訂商品然後還沒有明確的出貨時間，詢問網路上面其他有販賣同樣商品的賣家回覆說下單之後馬上可以出貨，立馬取消訂單然後要求刪除會員資料接著移除APP，真的沒缺你這一個客人，浪費了我兩個禮拜的時間然後覺得取消我的訂單之後就當作沒發生這件事。

9/22下訂，到10/25才詢問出貨進度，畢竟下訂時有看備註說沒貨會等14-30天，過了一個月詢問不過份吧⋯這才是惡夢的開始，Line客服時間（ㄧ～五13:00～20:00）於上班時間發問都沒回應，也不能自行取消訂單，整個出貨時間就卡在待出貨，只是要個準確的時間很難給答案嗎？還是說消費者付款了所以廠商可以搞消失🫠，不是沒給客服解釋的時間哦，如果店家在不處理不排除找消保會⋯
