There is no ability to search for a particular park. You need to select the date and state then scroll through and they are not in alphabetical order. Stick to the website

Your Giday app only works fully to complete the booking when it’s recently updated.
Over the last four years I have had to up date your app at least three times per year.
Yes possibly 12 times. This is using up space in my phone. You people don’t care about that.

If I down load another version, how long will it work fully.??

A disaster of an upgrade, now you can’t log in, don’t upgrade until the app is fixed or you won’t be able to  book online anymore. I reported this a week ago on the 6th November, still not working.

Before the update I had no problem getting the fuel discount now it want let me use it. It just says I have already used it when I haven’t. I have reset the app and everything but it still doesn’t work.

Selected Victoria and get the whole country.
Is there any chance accomodation types could be added. We like to book an ensuite site when they’re available but you have to check each park individually.

Before this app was updated, I could just open it, find my bookings and anything else I was looking for. Now, I cannot login at all. I follow all the prompts to recover my account to either be redirected to where I started with no solution. I get told I need to register my password (the one I don’t remember) to the be informed my membership number is already in use and to return to login. I then call the customer service number to be given three options. I press 1 for membership enquires to be told to go to the app to login and the call ends with no opportunity to talk to an actual person. I am still where I started, unable to login to the useless app! Sorry but your tech team need to be replaced!

Used this all the time to stay at our favourite Park in Port Augusta, but since the update, 17/10/24, I can no longer log in.
Fired off a message to Headquarters, without response.

Very difficult to use.  Suggest App developers undertake User Acceptance Testing.  Will be easier to simply ring the park and make booking over the phone.

Don’t stay in this park, the toilets all smell of urine. In the male toiles there is a leak from the only one working. There is no shade as most trees have been removed. The bathrooms are just dirty and all have 1 machine that is out of service.
The camp kitchen is filthy one door is falling to bits, the door is held together with a sheet of not going to guess. 
NOT UP TO THE STANDARDS. understand that’s an outback park but there is no obvious

Tried using the app multiple times on multiple devices. The app does everything, except, allow you to pay. After entering itinerary and payments details the screen says ‘please wait up to 60 seconds for processing’. The BOOK NOW button does not work. So all in all Useless. I have signed up and paid for membership. I can log into the system using the web browser with no problems but the app keeps going back to the log in page. Uninstalled and reinstalled and tried again but same problem. Even tried a different device. I give up!

App developer ever tried this app himself yet? So many bugs! So hard to use, I remember old version 4-5 years ago was fine. Why this updated new app is so useless?? Hard to find my bookings, hard to find how many nights to go another level as it always said 0 nights. And trying to find a park is nightmare in this app, it constantly disappears whatever you just typed in (location). Needs tons of improvement.

First time booking on this app. When you press book nothing happens. Has a disclaimer saying will take up to 60 seconds but nothing happens after many minutes. Frustrating as you don’t know if you have a booking or not and ringing the caravan park  is always leave a message and we will ring you back
