Easy to upload receipts, but I wish you had less options to choose from with regards to all the medical expenses. Why do you type a description if you also have to choose a category? It is quirky and they deny our claims the first time. Every time. 1 star cause 0 isn’t an option. ### 1/5 — Criminal!! *2022-07-26, version 12.0.0* It’s a zero!!!! Worst possible service, medical assistance concept conceivable. Spend hours satisfying hoops to jump just to get pennies reimbursed of my own money. GDI app is as inconvenient submitting claims, the process was slow and laborious and constantly reporting error messages having to resubmit multiple times per claim. Also I’ve had to update/change password nearly every time I log in (which honestly is not very often). If it is to a hospital or doctor or chiropractor and the receipt says so why do I need to send other paperwork?
