Poor user interaction and offers loyalty bonuses for clients but doesn’t exist

Whenever i try to use the app in order to use the offers , it doesn't work, nor will they give you the offers at the counter.And even thought i am not a first time user and ive made many purchases through the app, it still says i am new and doesnt give me any new offers.

Opened app choose table to order, items added to basket, while tried check out showed server error, refreshing app made my basket double with same order. Payment taken. Store staff can’t help to change or amend order, table order but won’t be serve to table you have to collect it. Tried making complaint through app doesn’t work. Pure rubbish
