Can’t you pay for your prescriptions and have them delivered easier? I don’t want to come into the store. I am not 80 years old. I don’t go to the store. On my iPhone I cannot log in, even though my login credentials are saved and are the SAME credentials used on my iPad. I type the email address and password EXACTLY as it appears on my iPad (which works) but I receive an error message on my iPhone. Why?? Why?? Why?? The pharmacy said the app doesn’t work. I’m wondering if this is to massage their numbers internally since the amount of time for a simple refill is ridiculous. It’s so bad that I am probably going to switch pharmacies over it. It lags terribly. And often I can’t even log into it. When I do get logged in it doesn’t have my prescriptions on it I then have to log out and start the whole process over again. The latest version is a year old, and is pretty buggy at times. It’s difficult to know if what’s happening is a server issue or the app itself. Bug fixes and the ability to order delivery through the app would be great. I always have a hard time logging into the app. It thinks that my session has expired and says I need to log in, even after I had previously logged out of the app and closed it properly. When I finally am able to sign in again, usually after several tries, it often crashes or just takes me back to the log in page. Then the app crashes when you are finally logged in. Recently my app updated and half of my prescriptions are missing. These prescriptions had refills left and unless I had kept the prescription bottle with the script number on it, I have to re-enter the script number or call the pharmacy and ask them to refill it.
