### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-07-23*

Great app, been using it a couple months now without any issues

### 5/5 — Great for motivation

*2026-07-09*

Genuinely a good app if you have trouble with going lol. A bunch of my friends are on here, so it makes it nice for me to stay consistent because we can see each other's progress and keep each other motivated. It honestly makes going to the gym feel less boring, and seeing everyone else post their workouts gives me that little push to go too. I like being able to look back at what I've done and see that I'm actually making progress. I've definitely been going more consistently since I got it. Didn't think I'd use it as much as I do, but it's actually become part of my day.

### 5/5 — Best workout tracker I have used

This really upgraded the way I track my workouts. I highly recommend to anyone who is serious or just needing an easy way to track progress.

### 5/5 — Great Idea

Impressive app. It’s earned a solid spot on my home screen

### 5/5 — The best workout tracker

*2026-07-01*

This app is really aesthetically pleasing. All the other apps on the app store seem to just be clones of each other but this one’s actually different. I’m excited to see how it comes along!

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-22

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed a bug where the bottom tab bar could stop responding on some
  devices
  • Fixed activity notifications not appearing for new accounts
  • Fixed follow status occasionally displaying incorrectly on profiles
  • Notifications load faster across the app

### 1.0.3 — 2026-07-31

Bar Loader
No more plate math in your head. Enter a target weight and see exactly
which plates go on each side, using the bar and the plates you actually
have. Work backwards from what is already loaded to get the total, and
build a warm-up ramp to your working set in one tap.

Supersets
Link exercises together so they move, log, and reorder as one block
instead of separate entries.

Gyms
Tag where you trained on any workout. Search gym pages to see who lifts
there, follow the gyms you care about to get their posts in your feed,
and check mutuals in any follower or lifter list. Location tags can be
edited or removed after you post.

Nutrition
Save the meals you eat often and add them back in one tap, copy a meal
to another day, and set daily calorie and macro goals that stay in sync
with each other. Change the calories and the grams follow. Change the
split and the calories follow.

- Pull to refresh works properly across the app
