## What is Gear Up Expo?

The GEAR iPhone app is the official application for GEAR Expo 2013 being held at the Comcast Arena at Everett, WA, on June 1 & 2. This app will help you make the most out of GEAR by providing detailed information about:

* Speakers Listing – Get detailed information about our 20+ exciting sessions ranging from topics discussing the ocean bottom to the highest peak of the world.
* Exhibitor Listing – See our lineup of excellent exhibitors who will be bringing their latest and greatest wares to the expo.
* Show Floor – Learn about all the special events occurring throughout the weekend, such as the climbing wall, “The Wilderness”, the beer & wine garden, and much more!
* Special Offers – Want discounted or even free tickets to GEAR? These offers, and more, are available from within the app.
* Venue Information – Get driving & parking directions to Comcast Arena at Everett, where GEAR is being held.
* Official Show Lodging – Information about GEAR’s two official lodging options, both available for the reasonable price of $105/night.
* Facebook News Updates – Don’t have a Facebook account? You can still see our nearly daily announcements from within the app.
* Prizes – See a list of all the prizes and how to get them.
* My Plan – Plan out your time at GEAR. Select the speakers you are interested in, so you know what times you’ll be free to walk the show floor, and when you need to get to one of our Adventure Theaters.

The GEAR iPhone app is the best personalized guide for the event. And best of all, it’s free!
