More like ruin what you touch club. I got this game, when it was free, many years ago and now I have to pay for something I’ve already played? This is against Apple TOS, and it’s a scam. I played it back in the "old days" and just remembered it out of the blue. I just wish I could buy the whole game ONE time, and not have to subscribe to GameClub. I don't intend to play other GameClub games, just Gears and I don't want to pay for games I don't think I'll play. Even if we could subscribe for this one game it would be better than having to buy ALL the games. Or something where you watch ads (maybe 2-3) to unlock a level which stays unlocked for a period of time, maybe a few hours. I would be fine with that.
