## What is Gearstack?

Gearstack shows you every morning how recovered you are.

So you know how hard to go today: a tough session on strong days, recovery on tired days.

The AI coach explains your trends in plain words. It is for adults aged 18 and over and starts once you agree.

DAILY READINESS AT A GLANCE
Your readiness view brings signals such as HRV, resting heart rate, sleep quality and activity load into one clear daily snapshot. Use it to decide whether today is better for training, focus or recovery.

HRV, SLEEP AND RECOVERY
Follow HRV trends, sleep stages, recovery signals and your own comparison ranges. Gearstack explains changes as wellness guidance and helps you notice which routines support your body.

AI COACH FOR REAL LIFE
Ask the coach about sleep routines, stress reduction, Zone 2 training, recovery or your current readiness. The coach explains trends in plain language and gives practical next steps.

TRAINING AND ROUTINES
Plan workouts, watch your training load and keep habits such as movement, nutrition, breathing exercises and sleep routine in view. Gearstack is built for people who want to manage energy better: athletes, shift workers, knowledge workers and anyone who wants to listen to their body more clearly.

KEY FEATURES
- Readiness score and a clear daily overview
- HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and load trends
- AI wellness coach with understandable guidance
- Training, routines, nutrition and analysis in one native iOS app
- Apple Health and Apple Watch integration
- Home Screen widgets, Live Activities, and Apple Watch app

WORKS WITH YOUR DEVICES
Your iPhone is enough to start: check-ins, training, nutrition and analysis run right on your phone. It gets deepest with Apple Watch (HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages, workouts). Polar H10 and Polar Loop connect directly via Bluetooth, Fitbit through your Fitbit account. Watches and rings from other brands work too, as soon as their app sends data to Apple Health. Data depth depends on each manufacturer's app. All brands are property of their respective owners.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
Gearstack Health is a wellness and fitness app. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions and does not replace professional medical advice or emergency care. Your HealthKit data stays under your control. Gearstack uses cloud AI for the coach and for meal scans, each after your consent and from age 18.

Understand what your body is showing you each day.

SUBSCRIPTION AND LEGAL
Gearstack Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly (the price is shown in the app before purchase). The introductory offer lets you try Gearstack Pro free for 3 days. After that the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your App Store account settings.
