Why doesn’t the app give an accurate available balance over the weekend. It’s horrible having so many pending payments with no updated available balance!

User interface is horrible. Accounts are jumbled and totally out of order. Too much clutter. You can “reorganize” the accounts but it doesn’t work. You should not have to. If you’re going to remake the app, the change should be seamless for the users. I’d give it zero stars if I could. IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T FIX IT!!!!

This update has missed the mark, why can’t I see my available balance. Why would you take that away if you don’t give an option to call for the balance, this update was the worst idea. You can’t view loan statuses through this. Go back to the old site !!!
