GECAPP is a smartphone App, which is able to interface in an easy and intuitive manner with its own devices: GecApp Crono GSM” and “GecApp Crono Wi-Fi”, and remote activator GSM “GSM03”. Through the application, you can select which device to activate and manage it. By operating with the devices, via the App you can know the real-time settings, intervene on the basic functionality, manage thresholds’ temperature alarm, enable and set the antifreeze mode, and check the status of connected devices – equipped with dry contact relay. The programmable thermostats "GecApp Crono GSM" and "Crono GecApp Wi-Fi" are equipped, in addition to the standard relay for temperature management, with an independent auxiliary relay, which allows you, via the App, to activate any other thermoregulation’s devices present in the system, or to activate and deactivate auxiliary loads (electric gates, lighting, irrigation, etc.). When using the App to operate the remote controller GSM03, you can manage all features, as control the two relays, check the status of connected devices to the 3 dry contact inputs and manage the authorizations to enabled users to use the device. Installato da novembre ha dato dei problemi di connessione è impossibile governare ( a volte il sistema è rimasto acceso anche se non voluto!!!! Costi !!!) Sul manuale utente non si riesce a comprendere come risolvere il problema. Grazie ho scritto una mail attendo un feedback ed un aiuto . Ho comprato qualche anno fa presso un rivenditore della mia città un cronotermostato e qualche mese fa ho avuto un problema. Ho contattato l’assistenza e mi sono imbattuto nel sig Luca, una persona gentilissima e disponibilissima. Risposta immediata, grande competenza. Mi ha fornito una soluzione che mi ha risolto il problema, con un’assistenza veloce. I miei complimenti e tanti ringraziamenti. Ormai ho rinunciato a utilizzare i controlli smart. Tutti i settaggi sono stati configurati più e più volte in maniera corretta, ma l’app non vede il dispositivo. Riuscito la prima volta su un dispositivo, ma poi non si riesce da altri: non ll individuano dall’app. Stesso problema ora, dove il dispositivo non risulta nemmeno online, nonostante lui lo sia.
