Offensichtlich wurden beim Wechsel offenen Tickets in Deutschland einfach gelöscht. Warte Seit Oktober 23 auf Rückmeldungen zum Austausch meiner Defekten Haus-Batterie und immer wieder werde ich auf diese App und eine Telefonnummer verwiesen, bei der NIEMAND abnimmt. Nicht nach 15 Minuten und nicht nach 2 Stunden! Die App hier ist auch der totale Witz. Wurde vermutlich von irgendeinem Japanischen Entwickler mal schnell Programmiert und mit Google übersetzt. Schämt euch!! Selbst Händler bekommen teilweise keine Rückmeldungen! Ich hab nun eine letzte Email geschrieben und werde dann zum Anwalt gehen. Ich hoffe inständig das die Firma im Land den Bach runtergeht (vermutlich tut die das gerade auch) bei der Menge an Reklamationen wo man überall liest.. für die Mitarbeitet tut es mir jedoch leid, denn die können da nix dafür!! Finger Weg von LG Batterien ! Wird mein letztes LG Produkt gewesen sein! ### 1/5 — Tut nicht *2023-12-18* Batterie lässt sich nicht registrieren. Ein Versuch Daten zu hinterlegen scheitert mit Fehler 500. Der Support am Telefon findet den von mir in der App angelegten Account nicht. Die Meldungen aus dem alten Ticketsystem sind unbekannt.
