He tenido mucha dificultad porque no se ven los números de las más de 8 cuentas que tenemos con ustedes. Está muy incómodo identificarlas y he pensado seriamente en cambiar de banco. Me gustaría que pudiera ver por lo menos la terminación de cada cuenta cuando hago mis transferencias on line. I do not know why the billing was changed but you all have made it more inconvenient to find and pay bills. I will be moving to another banking system. I don’t like how you changed things the way they were supposed to be we’re just fine. You have to go around and find things when they were there before. Your system is incredibly inefficient, ineffective and inconvenient. I cannot find the credit score on the app, it seems to be removed.
