I am unable to get past the loading process. I miss the other app.

Was instructed to get the new app I must delete the old version and manually install the new one.
After doing that I needed to sign up again. Ok, it’s unnecessary steps, but I can’t go back. The screen colors are nearly impossible to read the text, and there is no error messages to explain why it won’t let me sign in!
Please contract out to a mobile development company that can provide a quality app!!!!! Your app is now UNUSABLE!

Three day in a row locked out because the sms code was not recognized. Now the program is just sitting with a screen that says loading with no action in 5 minutes. I know I can make it work by turning my phone off and on but that is not right. Now starting off the next week with the same problems.
