All the previous times boost questions had popped up in other units, I had skipped them and moved on to the free questions. For whatever reason this specific boost question has not given me the option to skip. I have no intention of paying for the premium, so as a result of this I can’t use the rest of the free practice questions to study for the social studies practice test. After you do that then you are unable to go any further. The 1800 number for accommodations is completely useless. You are either gonna talk to foreigners that cannot speak good English beyond the words “test & exam” or you are gonna get hung up on. The app has changed a lot since then and I can’t say it’s for the better. The app is letting me do practice questions but doesn’t let me restart my progress. It just asked me to do practice questions or sign up for the GED test, which I’m definitely not ready for because I have forgotten most of what I learned. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback; we're always looking for ways to improve the app! Some of what you want to do may already be possible in the app, here are some options: You can start a subject over on the My Path tab: look for the subject and hit "start over". You can change subjects on that same My Path tab: just click "start this subject" for whichever one you want to try. We save your progress even if you start a new subject! And you can see all of your practice questions on the Practice tab, and you can review them even after you've answered them. We're working hard on upcoming releases that will make a lot of this even easier (especially jumping from one subject to another), but love hearing any suggestions you have! ### 1/5 — Screen to big *2025-12-07, version 1.13.1* Cannot make selections to even get through choosing the easiest subject. You can work around your work schedule by doing online test and if it’s not available in your state you can just test through another states program like I did!
