A real painful application to use. ### 1/5 — Far, far too many notifications *2025-04-24, version 108.29.1* Are your sure/Booking Confirmed/You have booked… Too many! ### 2/5 — App crashes *2025-04-22, version 108.29.1* App will often crash or whirl when trying to book a class. ### 3/5 — Needs more *2024-09-11, version 107.106* This app just feels outdated, like it was made in 2005! I can’t add my card details to my account, it doesn’t pull my card details from Safari or doesn’t offer Apple Pay, instead I have to either type in all the details or switch to Settings and pull the details from auto fill in Safari, then have to follow some crazy telephone formatting. Why can’t I just type my telephone number? Come on developers, this is 2024, we have a labour government who want to throw money at everything, hire some proper talent and suggest building new Leisure Centres on green belt? ### 1/5 — Simply incorrect timetables *2024-04-02, version 107.9* Over the bank holiday the timetables seemed to change randomly. Although there is a pull to refresh it doesn’t appear to refresh the data. I’ve manage to book into a non existent swimming session. When I turned up the session I had booked onto wasn’t running. It could be a good app, if your lucky and the slot you book is accidentally at the same time as an actual session. ### 5/5 — The best fitness activities I have ever used *2023-06-11, version 106.55* I have moved to Mapperley from London where I regularly used local council leisure services. For the last 18 months I have been regularly attending classes at Redhill Leisure Centre with my monthly pass. I am impressed by the availability and range of classes and the online booking services work really well with my laptop and my mobile phone app. The quality of the instructors, range of equipment, cleanliness of the exercise rooms and toilets, and helpfulness of the reception staff are all deserving of the 5 stars I have awarded and far better that I previously found in the various London centres I attended, where all of these were constant causes for complaints. Well done Redhill (and my wife offers similar compliments for Carlton Leisure Centre). ### 2/5 — Hard to manoeuvre *2023-04-28, version 106.23* It’s to hard to find things on here need more swimming times ### 5/5 — Conduct and performance *2022-08-14, version 5.94* Pleasant staff who are always helpful. Classes at a high standard. Good value for money ### 1/5 — Awful design... *2017-05-07, version 3.9* This would be great, if it actually worked. Designed really poorly so you can't just 'browse' what classes are free, you have to check each class individually. Then, 90% of the time when I turn up to the class they say I haven't booked, I don't receive an email, but on the app I try and book again and it says I'm booked on the class already and I'm only allowed one space!
