The call center is an answer machine that only ask you to submit a support email. It’s been 3 days now I have sent 5 emails no response yet I have called their local branches and they said they have sent request to online team just sending me back and forth and at the end they say the product is out of stock with vendor. Now I don’t know what happens to the payment I made.After 3 days and so much what’s app chats and calls and emails . So I started buying from your website. Constant delays in providing my digital codes. Then numerous complicated card and account verification processes which make no sense. The way it’s designed makes it almost impossible to reach higher tiers like Platinum. Every time a full year passes, old invoices expire and your points drop — so even if you spend a lot, your total goes down instead of going up. Basically, you have to keep spending more and more just to maintain your level, which doesn’t feel fair or rewarding at all.
