I opened a case and they replied they h e no guaranteed. I mean, I ordered a mask, for COVID, isn’t this a priority?!! I asked for a refund and nothing. It’s now bout a month over provided delivery date and product no where to be seen ; upon contacting customer service I was told to WAIT some more . So then why did my email say it was shipped on the 15th? What is going on??? I tried to contact them on live chat to get my refund and for some reason it won’t allow me to join back in, looks like I’m $130 out.
