Long story short, I purchased a $40 door knob from them, it did not work. So I returned it in perfect condition (which was a huge hassle and they made it very hard) and guess what? These scammers claimed they never received the item! So Amazon charged me the full amount and now I’m out $40 plus tax from an item THAT I DON’T EVEN HAVE!! You are evil people!!!! Do not buy even one single item from these monsters if you value your money. I shouldn’t have ignored the massive amounts of negative reviews they already have. ### 3/5 — Why no Apple Watch *2026-08-05, version 2.11.0* Good app and good product but would be helpful for it to work on Apple Watch ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-18, version 2.11.0* I wanted to like this but I logged out the app once and cannot get back into it at all. Each time I have to change my password and then the doorknob isn’t listed there once I log in. By the next day I’m logged out AGAIN and my password won’t work and I have to change it again. Once I’m back inside knob isn’t listed. It’s annoying and totally defeats the purpose of buying it. ### 1/5 — This product is horrible *2026-06-10, version 2.11.0* This has been the most difficult app I have ever used. I could not activate it to use it, i could not find any password to open the app to get a fingerprint entered. I am using the key function until I buy an old school door knob. I would like to return the worst product on the market and take the future back. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t stay connected *2026-01-03, version 2.11.0* The app is finicky and difficult to stay connected to Bluetooth. It randomly disconnects Bluetooth and currently cannot reconnect. The licking doorknob continues to engage auto lock despite me turning it off repeatedly so no one else can enter. Very frustrating!
