I cannot log into this app at all, very disappointing seeing as I used the previous app all the time.

Nice visual refresh but the two things I regularly use this app for, holds and eCard are now broken. 

When I try to login it never gets to the point of asking me for a password, just hits a loading screen in a web view. I’m using a 2020 SE on the latest available version of  iOS 16.

Would also be great if the e-card wasn’t buried two or three screens deep, should be accessible from the main screen

New app looks promising, but am unable to sign in on iPhone 7 (press Sign In button, nothing happens). But it logs in fine on my husband’s iPhone 6s.

I use this app all the time as my library card and to place holds, look things up, etc. but it’s so slow and clunky. It takes ages to load anything. You can’t navigate from one book by an author to their other works  (i.e. by clicking the author’s name…), same for books in a series. It needs some work to be really useful.

This app is constantly glitchy and usually requires multiple closes in order to be able to view any information on what books I have out on loan and what books I’ve placed on hold

Unable to limit to picture books, non fiction ect makes it hard to look for appropriate content.

It’s a great idea having a library app. Love that you can scan your card within the app. It’s just really slow to load anything at the moment. Would also like to see series links for books.
