After trying with a couple of different iPhones with various patch levels, I’ve found the Bluetooth disconnects immediately after connecting now. The hardware works fine!  There is an Android version that scans and connects correctly.

App fails to find active balancer via Bluetooth - cannot configure balancer for number of cells, adjust voltages or start balancer.

So far the device just gives flashing fault and does not show up on the app scan. Triple checked wiring and everything is correct… will be returning!!

The other reviews are probably doing something wrong or bought a fake clone version of Neey 4a Balancer. Bought mine from HankzorBMS Store. No problem and worked plug and play.
