If you don’t open it periodically like once a week it forces you to login again with the password, which isn’t an issue but half of the time you enter the correct password and it still locks you out, forces you to reset it and then gives the message cannot change the same password to the same password. You cannot use Face ID like I said longer then a week or two after you set it up and don’t login in for a minute. ### 1/5 — Makes Me Sick *2024-08-09* The constant password change requirement makes this app a royal pain. How often do you think people need to look at their health insurance app anyway? Seems like I have to change the password each and every time I want to access my information. Then, once in, it’s a crapshoot as to whether or not any detail is available on a claim. Usually there is not. This app has gotten progressively worse instead of better. ### 1/5 — Not reliable *2024-07-24* Still doesn’t work! Constantly have to resubmit login and create a new account every time you attempt to login! Cannot search for providers because the app crashes too much. It used to be a message about API but I knew I could wait a few hours and try again. Now the connection says can’t connect to server…all day!
