## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Absolute trash

*2025-10-20, version 1.3.30*

Horrible servers, takes forever to get verification code. Takes forever for charts to load. Takes forever to sign a note. Poor compatibility with iPad mini. Will not fit screen on iPad mini at times. It will be too big and cuts off the red x and other functions requiring to close the app and log back in. This is a hassle requiring the app to be closed completely and login again. As a doctor, I don’t have time for this. I’m actively working on getting my practice to switch to another EMR

### 1/5 — Sizing issues with IPad Mini

### 1/5 — Sizing issues with IPad Mini

Will not fit screen on iPad mini at times. It will be too big and cuts off the red x and other functions requiring to close the app and log back in.

### 1/5 — Overpriced and non functional

*2021-10-07, version 1.3.27*

The app is overpriced. They charge over $ 400 for a full license and the dictation is not working. A license like this is not worth more that $50 per month. I will cancel my subscription for my practice and save over $40,000 per year by documenting directly into the facility’s EHR - Point Click Care. I called them to negotiate the price and they offered me a $20 discount and I have been asked to renew the contract for another 3 years. No thank you.

### 1/5 — Crap

*2021-06-18, version 1.3.25*

The developers care more about making money and creating new content and not about the primary function of the app. When you contact tech support they don’t listen to the compliant. It has become more and more unstable over the last year. The latest update was to fix the fact that THE APP DELETES YOUR ENTERED DATA. Did nothing. And, they don’t care. We are also searching for a new PALTC vendor that actually functions all of the time. I would give negative stars if possible.

### 1/5 — Does NOT work on iOS 14

*2020-10-18, version 1.3.17*

Warning: if you update your iPad to 14.0.1, this app won’t work.

Developer has NOT released a fix. The beta app they sent us crashes constantly.

You have been warned!

### 2/5 — Print function does not work

*2022-07-16*

Nothing happens when I try to print.

### 2/5 — Crashing and Dictation needs improvement

*2021-05-20, version 1.3.23*

The app keeps crashing or no loading up altogether.
Dictation is awful. Most days does not work between patients or between tabs. VS is the easiest to dictate.

PLEASE FIX!

### 3/5 — dictation needs fixing!

*2021-03-09, version 1.3.22*

User friendly but ever since the update, dictation never wants to work right! I have to shut down the app so many times a day! It is so frustrating!

### 4/5 — Solid EMR

*2024-12-02, version 1.3.29*

App is great for LTC. Would be better with a few simple fixes. Integrate with Epic, allow for split screen on IPad. This would allow documentation while reviewing hospital or SNF EMR.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2022-08-23, version 1.3.27*

I don’t know who is writing the reviews on this. But they are not using this on an iPad or they just cannot speak English properly. I see 35 to 50 patients in nursing homes a day. I can prep my notes at home dictating labs nursing notes and hospital records as fast as I can speak with rare errors. I can dictate my plans with the detail when I’m done with my notes. With good explanation so my nurse practitioners and my partners can follow what my ideas were if they are seeing my patients after me or for me when I’m on vacation. My nurse can dictate my labs in and get them prepped for me. We can also cut and paste ourTriage notes in. It’s great you can see the labs that you dictated in your next visit easily. It’s easy to see what your last plan was your last examBut the last one size might’ve been etc. I’ve been using this since 2018 I think it’s great and again I see about 700 patients a month. I can just carry an iPad anywhere I go. I can review the notes easily .

### 5/5 — Easiest/Best EHR for LTC Providers

*2020-10-30, version 1.3.20*

We’ve been gEHRiMed customers since 2013. gEHRiMed continues to be the easiest and most comprehensive EHR for providers in the long term care setting. It’s so easy, that our new users have no trouble. At the same time, gEHRiMed offers great add-ons, like eRx, eFax, MIPS reporting platform, etc. Great product, and their tech support is superb.
