So weird? Nothing works. I get kicked out of the app half time because it doesn’t remember my login info. Drive easy randomly breaks and says my permissions are broken even though they aren’t. The UI is slow and sluggish and clearly built off of a copy/paste web app, not native iOS. The app is down for maintenance a lot. I purchased a vehicle and added it on 8/3 and was charged for two months and what they claimed to be 11 additional days. I screenshot the $454 worth of discounts that was showing and I took an additional defensive driving course to get more savings and was given a $56 discount upon my completion and then looked at my account again to see the discount was added but another discount decreased to $2.10. They then decreased my 6 mo premium to $857 and required me to pay $329 instead of $340 I was estimated to have to pay and then another 4 payments for $142 which doesn’t add up. Nobody’s stuffing a bunch of coverages. You don’t need down your throat and you’re not paying for extra things you don’t need if you don’t need them but yet they do have all the options for everything that you might need and offer incredible service when you do have to call in and get Support. Their support agents are very friendly and make sure that you do have a good experience and GEICO always provides reminders they will send you reminders before your payment’s gonna be deducted so that you’re aware of it no surprises are there they do since you do have the app available?
