## What is Gelart?

Gelart App was designed to make your life easier, much easier. As long as you have the basic knowledge of Gelato formulation you will only need to follow the parameters and within 5 minutes you will be able to manage your very own Gelato recipes achieving the perfect and desired service temperature and sweetness among many other different parameters.

Some time ago, creating a Gelato recipe from scratch took long hours of formulations and calculations which were very difficult to achieve.Today, the precision of the app will allow you to make the perfect Gelato recipes in minutes.

Gelart is ideal not only for professional pastry chefs who want to expand their knowledge within a restaurant and thus significantly improve their performance and the quality of their desserts, but is also perfect for professional Gelato makers who want to simplify, save time, modernise and make their work even more interesting, fun and creative by incorporating new trends, ingredients and flavours in their Gelato shops.
