I don’t have a physical credit card anymore - I only use Apple Pay and rely on the iPhone to fill my card details in apps I use. But that feature is not enabled on this app and so now I can’t add a credit card and the app is useless ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-01-11, version 11.2.0* The app doesn’t work to add payment methods. It sends a verification code but doesn’t indicate where to add the code. The app provides no loyalty rewards without payment through the app. ### 1/5 — Messina Redfern *2024-12-21, version 11.2.0* The app charges twice when I made a purchase at the newly opened Messina Redfern outlet, although the supervisor on 21/12/2024 claims they only submitted once (and was very defensive about it). The glitch/bug needs to be rectified to prevent other customers from getting erroneously. I’m surprised no one picked this up. ### 1/5 — Really needs updating *2024-09-01, version 11.2.0* This app is really confusing to use and such an old interface and honestly a mess. Looks like they’re reviewing bombing their app also giving it five stars from bot accounts. The only way to use them is to actually buy what was in the saved offer.
