Their customer service is now almost entirely AI driven, and it’s been a nightmare to deal with. It’s nearly impossible to reach a real person. The chat system is unhelpful, often closes conversations before anything is resolved, and just loops you through generic responses. When you try email or support tickets, you’re left waiting with no real answers. On top of that, the “report a problem” process is clunky and unreliable. Uploads fail, issues don’t get properly reviewed, and there’s no accountability when something goes wrong with an order. This directly impacts my business. When there are issues with quality or stock, I’m the one dealing with unhappy customers, while Gelato offers no real support behind the scenes. They used to be dependable, but right now the lack of real customer service makes this platform very hard to trust. ### 1/5 — Don’t Bother - Not User Friendly *2026-03-19* Imagine going through hours of editing a product just for the app or website to start crashing and your product isn’t even saved (Canva saves automatically). Don’t even bother contacting support, it’s just AI stil asking the same dumb questions and literally not even making things easier. Auto-save would literally solve MOST of your problems and probably boost your user engagement. All I know is, I’ve used gelato for an hour and probably never will again ### 1/5 — Cancelation *2026-03-17, version 2.7.2* To cancel the subscription took research and it really should be simple. Despite advertising 24/7 support, that level of availability isn’t there in practice. Inventory and stock tracking are frequently inaccurate, and when chat support isn’t available, email tickets often go unanswered. Overall, the platform no longer delivers the reliability or support it once did.
