The value for money is immense for the features available. This is a must have. *2024-08-23* This app has changed the total game on SOP’s! Spectacular product. After a couple days into the trial, we upgraded to the top level. It’s so easy to use, we have more than half our staff creating SOP’s. We found a great way to use this for creating production installation instructions. We started using it for internal SOP, but quickly realized it was a highly effective tool to build product assemble and installation PDF’s! Our process of building these tech documents went from using 4 people and countless hours, down to one person and less than a couple hours! They’ve been a tremendous help in keeping so many hard to track items under control. We also use Gemba docs to build SOP’s and chase out waste. We had struggled with getting SOP’s in place and had used Microsoft Tools before. That whole thing was a waste of time. It takes far too long to create the SOP’s, editing is a pain and other than printing them, deploying them onto the workplace was painful too. These 3 problems are really what GembaDocs solves. Creating / editing / deploying. Since they released it, they’ve made loads of improvements, adding kanban cards for material management which we also use. We regard ourselves as a lean company and without GembaDocs we’d be nowhere near where we are now and our people LOVE IT! Highly recommend. Ps if you reach out to Tom, the founder, he answers every query personally. You’ll be surprised at how responsive and open he is to improvement suggestions. Take out your phone open the app, snap a picture and add in some text. Than move on to the next step. Editing and adding steps are simple and easy to do from your phone.
