Just sits on a blank screen when you open it and does nothing else. Uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as turning my phone on and off had no effect. But then when you download the actual game it is just a grid of 9x9 squares. Why advertise the game with a sample that isn’t what the actual game is like? ### 1/5 — Game stalls at certain points. *2022-12-09, version 2.007.22* UPDATE: Unfortunately I’ve had to downgrade the game to 1 star. Not only has there been no action to address the issues I mentioned below in October, but in addition to that, now the game is completely unplayable. I cannot progress beyond the games home screen. I may as well delete the game at this point unless an update comes out that addresses these issues. This would have been a 5 star review but the game has issues that need fixing. The game will not progress past level 251 as you get stuck on the “Goals” screen, meaning the level shows you what gems need clearing but that message stays and you cannot play the level. Also, the daily puzzle has been stuck on Oct 1 and you can’t click through to play. Please fix these issues and I’ll amend my rating to 5 stars. ### 1/5 — Game is faulty *2022-09-08, version 2.00.7.7* The game stops at level 137 and you can’t go any further, the level appears and you can’t enter into challenge. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Frequently locks up, WAY too many ads *2024-05-23, version 2.011.94* This game frequently locks up and the only way to proceed is to close the app and reopen it. In doing so, you lose your game progress. This happens a lot preceding an ad or just after. Right now it locked up just as I was about to place my last block to win a game. Sometimes the ads are at least a minute long. I was playing a Sudoku game by this developer but had to quit because of the ads - ads popped up DURING the game every minute or two and totally took over the screen. I’ve played a lot of games and have never had that. This game plays ads during the game but they are minimized either at the top right corner or at the bottom. Sometimes the game locks up while those play. This developer’s apps are the worst I’ve ever played. I’m interested in the developer’s response. ### 1/5 — Instant 1 Star *2024-03-25, version 2.011.94* If you have ads available after a round for extra gold, that’s ok, but if you force ads on people after they select the no “extra gold” option, that’s an INSTANT 1 star. People will select the ad for the extra gold. There’s no reason to force it on us, especially if we watch the SAME ad for no reward (You can ethically do smaller or skippable ads, NOT the same length ad) ### 1/5 — ads are overwhelming *2024-02-11, version 2.011.94* game is fun but constant ads. i’m seeing all of these developers comment they need the revenue… true but every level?!?! a level take at most 1 minute and you get hit with a minute ad not to mention i’m trying to listen to music while playing and there are ads IN THE GAME PLAYING EVERY OTHER LEVEL. you do not need all those people watching 30 min of ads plus another 10-15 min of listening ads every hour. ### 1/5 — CONSTANT Ads For Games *2024-01-10, version 2.011.93* The game itself is good, but it is maddening to have to sit through ads for other games every time you lose a puzzle.
