Recently they’ve been charging me interest despite zeroing out my monthly balance on due date. I lost over $73,000. They denied my withdrawal request and also left it pending. I reached out to them and they never responded back to my emails and calls. They eventually locked me out of my account, when I reached out to a recovery expert, DUSTIN, at cybertechexpert01 @gmail . com to help me recover all my money back. They're the best when it comes to crypto recovery. The other parts of the app are fine, although I highly dislike how the chart shows deposits as increases as opposed to calibrating post-deposits & showing the true performance of the portfolio, like Robinhood does. Please fix the credit card portal, I don’t use my Gemini card anymore bc I don’t know how to make payments in the app or see activity. ### 1/5 — Sketchy *2026-08-19, version 26.810.2* They don’t give sign up rewards unless you follow up with them for months and they reject legit fraud disputes with no explanation ### 5/5 — Scam. Stay Away. *2026-08-18, version 26.810.2* I started purchasing crypto on this platform. Easy to buy it, but when you sell it or unstake it, the transaction freezes, and you’re left with nothing. This happened when I unstaked solana this weekend, and I have not received the transfer into my Gemini account. I also sold about $400 of World Liberty, and somehow that transaction went through, but funds never showed up. I’d stay away from this trap. ### 1/5 — Just Avoid *2026-08-18, version 26.810.2* Like many others have already stated it takes them forever to “process” your credit card payment. This leads to late progressively larger late fees that they are not willing to refund whatsoever. I provided proof from my bank showing how far in advance the payments were sent and they still refuse to work with you. I no longer use the app for investments or the credit card. I am also just now reading about others getting their accounts frozen with no explanation. So I’m glad I didn’t invest that much into thins app. You shouldn’t either. ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-08-18, version 26.810.2* Every time you pay to often they whipe out all your banking info.
