Tried to create a problem when I’m supposed to enter my OTO it says invalid. All of a sudden it says I account exists. So I went back and requested for a password turns out there is no record ### 1/5 — GEMS app *2024-10-19, version 2.12.4* Good day. Ive encountered problems with the app. It does not allow me to log in. Similar problem to one of the reviews. Its loading, but then it stops and I still can not log in. Despite my initial excitement, the app failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. It simply does not work at all. Upon installation, I encountered constant crashes and error messages. No matter how many times I tried to open the app, it refused to cooperate. It’s as if the developers released a half-baked product without any regard for usability or stability. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue on my own, but to no avail. Reinstalling the app, restarting my device, nothing worked. It’s frustrating to invest time and energy into something only to be met with constant disappointment. At this point, I have no choice but to abandon the GEMS app altogether. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until the developers address these glaring issues. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this malfunctioning mess. ### 1/5 — Can't access app and website/Doesn't work (need a half star ) *2024-04-04, version 2.12.2* When I try to login on the app it keeps loading and than nothing happens. The website is always showing blanks with every option I try to select this has been happening for months now… I can't sign in on the app! When I eventually sign in on the website nothing works!! I have called GEMS but they say everything works fine... uhh no it doesn't! Come on GEMS fix it! You say we must discover the brilliance of GEMS... Not only does this app not work at all , but my girlfriend has been sitting with a broken nose for 4 days. This is an emergency. If we call ,they tell us they are waiting for their “authorisation team” that don't have phones apparently and don't work weekends !?!?!? (A medical aid that doesn’t work weekends !?!?!? We are in the hospital who has also tried reaching out to Gems with no communication on when she wil be approved or why its taking 4 days. This is a disaster, if you hear the word Gems Run !!! Run far away. Gems feel free to contact me. ### 1/5 — GEMS APP *2023-09-08, version 2.11.9* It seems that everyone is struggling with the same issue! The app doesn’t want to sign in and online it just loads and nothing happens. I created a profile for my husband and he doesn’t have trouble signing in. Seems that the main members are having all the troubles!
