Absolute Joke-App HAS NOT WORKED for over a year @ least & Apple has DONE NOTHING!!!!! For the amount of money that Apple charges for their phones U would think they had an App that followed up on App’s that had consistent NEGATIVE REVIEWS & REMOVED those who wouldn’t comply with CERTAIN STANDARDS!!!!  This is Ridiculous!!!!!!  Some of us spend Tens of Thousands Regularly & yet Apple does nothing to Companies who ignore the Public & Customers.  Commo’ Apple, hold these people responsible.

I watch the show regularly and use my ipad when I travel. Well since your most recent update, I have not been able to watch on the horizontal view. Will have to delate the app. I never use my phone.

I bought a ruby by the yard necklace and was given the impression it was the only one. Right after they showed another with a half carat more rubies for the same price! These were Burma . I was NOT given the opportunity to get the larger carat weight and I was still on the phone. I wrote to gem shopping AND the seller and wasn’t given the courtesy of an answer from either.

The app loads up but when you try to click on the button to watch the stream, nothing happens. Please fix. This same problem is happening on the Apple TV app. It just happened a couple days ago, it worked fine up until then.

The app allows viewing the livestream but forces buyers to call in. You cannot purchase via the app and you cannot view items featured during the show.

I love watching Gem Shopping and seeing all the beautiful jewelry. The app works great and now i can watch the show from all my apple devices.

Downloaded this app. Picture quality is definitely HD. There is no audio, though. That's disappointing. Audio does come through on Google Live streaming. Checked my music & it was good. Something wrong with the audio portion of this app.

I agree with the other reviews very first thing I did when I went by to bed because there’s a lack between the TV and the app you’re always getting a faster response on the app, but you can’t chat and talk call at the same time why you have to go to your browser, which takes away from the convenience of bidding on auctions or chatting live so the rest is not bad though.

App needs the option to chat as well as call with someone. I also would love to see the stats/price/info on each item on whatever table that’s being shown at that time so we don’t have to call. I think you’d get a lot more purchases. 
I also think you should be able to search different types of jewelry and stones in the search option that you have in inventory, including loose stones.
