The content is great, and when the app works, I genuinely love using it. The problem is the subscription. I paid for my weekly subscription, but after only a couple of days, I lost access and the app started asking me to subscribe again. I reached out to customer support and was told to update the app. I did exactly that, but it still didn’t fix the issue, and I went several days without being able to use a service I had already paid for. Then, the following week, my subscription automatically renewed and my payment was taken again. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened. I was charged, but I’m still being asked to subscribe again and can’t access the app. I’ve now paid for two weeks but have only been able to use the app for a couple of days. I truly like this app and want to continue using it, but these billing and subscription issues need to be resolved. Paying for a service that I can’t access is frustrating, and I hope the developers fix this problem soon. **Developer response:** This issue has been resolved. I pay for the weekly subscription, but for the past few days I haven’t been able to access the daily devotionals that I’m paying for. I emailed customer support three days ago to report the issue, and I still haven’t received a response or an update. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that I’m unable to use, especially when there’s no communication from support. I’m giving this app 2 stars because the content is great when it works, but the lack of access and customer support has made for a poor experience. Customizable color themes would be attractive as well. There’s soooo much pink and purple.
