Unreliable Service
I highly recommend people stay away from this app. It’s a money grab. I was charged around 30 dollars fur on video. The service claims they are using seed dance but the message I received says Thankyou for using veo.
My second video failed 4 times .Over 60 dollars later I have one 3 second clip.
I want a refund but I am very skeptical I will hear back from customer service.

Veo and Seedance 2.0 are two separate models you pick from in the generator, so a "Thank you for using Veo" message means that particular job was actually submitted on Veo — not us relabeling anything — while the repeated failures are most likely Seedance's safety policy rejecting a real-person likeness in your reference image; please send your account UUID (Profile → tap your ID to copy) and we'll pull up those exact tasks and sort out the charges.
