We installed two cameras about a month ago and they are brilliant. And the app has been working well. L’ajout des ces features serait intéressant: 1 - possibilité d’allumer la lumière flash manuellement (actuellement pas possible sur certains modèles qui fonctionnent en mode automatique) 2 - suivi d’animaux (moutons, chèvres, lapins etc) pour les fermes 4 - possibilité d’émettre une alarme sonore (après détection d’un animaux par exemple). Actuellement c’est possible seulement pour les humanoïdes. 5 - possibilité d’écouter seulement le flux son sans flux vidéo (permet de réduire la consommation de données) 6 - le partage du flux et la création de compte mériterait du travail. The PIR alert seems to be missing people some times. We know people came over from another camera but it didn’t trigger the alarm and recording. We have purchased Cloud recording for a year. My biggest pain point is an error when trying to access the Cloud recording over mobile data on an iPhone. It works on any Wi-Fi connection, even pairing with another phone acting as a hotspot. It keeps working for a while after disconnecting from the Wi-Fi while the App is active, but stops if you kill the App or after a period of time. It was painful because we could not access recordings during camping when we needed it the most. It works fine on Android. Camera access also works fine. And here is the painful part. I’m back and forth with the support team for a week. My case is titled Cloud Playback error (Cloud Playback is a specific function of the App), and includes a screenshot of the cloud access error (clearly showing a cloud connection issue) and an explanation of the issue. The team went on to troubleshoot camera access (obviously there are communication challenges or a team that doesn’t know their features or bother to read the problem description). Then told me that I did not get anything recorded because I had set it up for certain hours (that was not the problem I raised, I had recordings, but I could not connect to the cloud to see them). They changed the alarm to 24 hours without permission; I really did not want an alarm on my neighbors every time they moved I front of the camera. Then told me it works fine for them but later I realized they were testing on Android although I told them I use an iPhone. They even offered a refund, but in this case the camera is also useless without a recording solution. Could not get the app added to my phone, the camera would not connect. I returned it to Amazon! ### 1/5 — No good *2026-05-29* This camera doesn’t open it just keeps loading. 3 or 4 attempts each time and only get on sometimes. If someone was breaking in to my cabin they’d be long gone by the time this rubbish app opened the camera. ### 1/5 — Trick you to hit the subscription button *2026-05-16* I did not want a subscription AT ALL. When trying to view the camera in the app the subscribe button is right in the way and when I tried to X it out it immediately said I subscribed😡. Both camera cannot load. Takes 3-4 attempts. Sits at 99% then returns to home screen extremely frustrating. Please fix this problem. Have to do multiple attempts to connect to your phone to watch check the camera.(Only if you lucky). Best thing is by the time it’s connected, thieves have taken everything. Payid for cloud storage and that’s doesn’t work as well. What a scam I’m returning this . I have to login to access the camera with a verification code. I ask for the code to be sent to me but I only have 120 seconds to submit it. The problem is that I don’t get the code for 10 minutes, how am I supposed to submit the code? ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great Camera and features *2026-08-17* Amazing camera and I love it, in the beginning I was hesitant but now my mind changed completely to love and watch the camera all the time, the features they provided are very amazing specially the AI technology which allow the camera to automatically move with the person walking day or night, also you get to see two cameras in one, there are actually one camera at the top and one at the bottom and resolution is amazing. It took me 15 min to Install and I can watch life ongoing action within 180 degree in the surrounding areas. Other amazing feature is the alarm setting, timing, recording and alert. L’application est facile à utiliser mon père de 60 ans manipule facilement. On arrive à accéder directement aux enregistrements pas besoin d’appuyer sur milles boutons pour arriver à voir les images. L’application ne bloque pas quand on plusieurs personnes est connecté en même temps (ce qui est le cas dans certaines applications).
