I make monthly transfers to another Genco members account and have to go online from a laptop or desktop in order to do this. For me the idea that the screen doesn’t active for very long is a really great security measure. Even compared to local banks, the customer service can’t be beat. I can’t use the account as much as I want to because there’s no way of depositing checks.
