Gender Fair contains hard-to-find data on over 600 companies. Our proprietary rating system is based on the latest research and best practices, and uses real world benchmarks.
Each company is rated on 100 points, including how many weeks of maternity leave are offered, the percentage of women in leadership, the spending on philanthropy for women, diversity reporting, and even advertising.

I learned about this app from Melinda Gates’ book and I think it’s such a great resource! I’ve been scanning products in my bathroom like crazy. It’s great because if a company is not gender fair, they tell you alternative products. So I won’t be buying Bautiste dry shampoo anymore...I’ll get the Herbal Essences version instead! So easy!
