So far running as expected! ### 1/5 — Connection to power station *2025-12-10* I’ve tried for the past 2 hours to connect the app to the go 300 and the app doesn’t find it. I hope more practical and intelligent features will be developed in the future. ### 4/5 — App updated April 15, 2023 *2024-01-18* The developer of the app fixed the connectivity issues and easily now one gains the functions controlled by the app to the portable power station. This is good news from an earlier frustrated customer. Fortunately the app has bluetooth connectivity. Making the wifi connection requires a series of awkward steps and ends frequently in failure. Many iot devices in my home are simple to log into, not this one. Again, I usually opt in to using the bluetooth connection; unfortunately you have to be in very close proximity to the device to use it. ### 5/5 — Gendome *2023-08-14* One of my favorite power stations. ### 1/5 — Neither the app nor the batteries themselves work *2023-06-21* Neither Wifi nor Bluetooth can connect to either of my 2 Gendomes, even though the phone can see the devices via both Wifi and Bluetooth. The batteries themselves also do not work as a UPS. When I try to fast charge them via a wall outlet, the device overheats and shuts down. I can get them to charge slowly, but then if I attach devices to the battery they will randomly shut off even when the battery is full. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I tried contacting support and have not heard back so I’m writing here to try and get a response. Wi-Fi is on 2.4GhZ and the puzzling thing is it won’t connect even over Bluetooth.
